Bg Pamplona, Playa de Palma (Mallorca)

Staying in room 8 on the non-existing 15th floor was a bit confusing, but overall my experience was positive. The room itself was very comfortable, equipped with a large balcony for relaxation. However, the connected door to another room, occupied by a family with a child, did create some noise disturbance. The service was a mix, with occasional complimentary snacks but lacking friendliness from most of the staff. The location was enjoyable and relaxing, with efficient terrace staff and a great pool area. The dining options were varied and good, although the buffet lacked drinks. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.

The hotel offers comfortable and modern rooms, but the suites were located separately. The free minibar in closer or upper rooms was a nice touch. However, some rooms had a humid smell of mold. The service was great with standout staff members, Rheuben and Viktor, at the bar. There was a lack of information provided during check-in, and some items were missing from our bags. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and with convenient access to transportation. The dining experience was good overall, but could use more variety. The facilities were satisfactory, offering the essentials for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has some positives like its convenient location near the beach and various amenities, but there are notable drawbacks such as uncomfortable beds and slow elevator service. The bathroom setup may not suit everyone with visibility into the bedroom from the window.
